I am an Executive Program Manager and senior technology leader with a background in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree from La Sapienza University of Rome, specialized in Distributed Systems and Computer Architecture.

I currently lead large-scale modernization and digital transformation programs in the Welfare Public Administration domain at AlmavivA S.p.A., with end-to-end accountability for delivery, execution, and outcomes across a broad portfolio of initiatives. In this role, I coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple delivery streams, guiding Program Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams while driving technology strategy, solution direction, and architectural evolution.

My experience combines strong program leadership with a solid technical foundation built over years of hands-on work on distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and the transformation of complex legacy platforms into more scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

Beyond program governance, I am deeply focused on innovation, engineering quality, and long-term sustainability of digital services. I am particularly interested in how architecture, platform strategy, and execution discipline can improve the way public services are designed and delivered.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to research in distributed and adaptive systems, publishing an IEEE paper presented at the International Conference on Self-Adaptive and Self-Organizing Systems. I also actively contribute to the technology community as a member of the .NET Foundation, Developers Italia, and the Associazione Nazionale di Crittografia “De Componendis Cifris”, and as a regular speaker at events such as SharpCoding, Codemotion, and DotNetCode.

Alongside my executive role, I maintain and contribute to several open-source projects focused on software architecture, interoperability, observability, and modern .NET engineering.
